Erin Burkett Presenting Earthquake Technology and Early Warning at TEDxRiverside
SAFRR scientist Erin Burkett presented at the TEDxRiverside Conference "Ovation for Innovation" at the Historic Fox Performing Arts Center in Downtown Riverside. In recognition of the conference being held on October 16th, the day of the Great California ShakeOut, and having been asked to share the latest in earthquake technology and innovation, Dr. Burkett provided an overview of Earthquake Early Warning and the role that earthquake technology and latest research play in the safety and resilience of our society. Her presentation, titled "To Be Warned or Not Be Warned," will be available online in mid-November.
