Applicants are invited to submit proposals to host and, as applicable, serve as consortium partners the Midwest Climate Adaptation Science Center that includes the states of Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Ohio, and Wisconsin. Proposed science, partnership, and program support activities and strategies are appropriate.

Independent school districts
Native American tribal organizations (other than Federally recognized tribal governments)
Nonprofits having a 501(c)(3) status with the IRS, other than institutions of higher education
Special district governments
Public and State controlled institutions of higher education
County governments
City or township governments
Native American tribal governments (Federally recognized)
Nonprofits that do not have a 501(c)(3) status with the IRS, other than institutions of higher education
