On May 26, 2022, USGS Deputy Director Cynthia Lodge and Acting Regional Director Jennifer Lacey will join GLSC scientists and fisheries management partners from the State of Ohio and Great Lakes Fishery Commission for a three-hour demonstration cruise aboard the USGS R/V Muskie on Lake Erie. They will discuss the value of the Great Lakes fishery, issues facing fishery managers, and the role of USGS science. A staff member from Congresswoman Marcy Kaptur's office (OH-09) has been invited to participate.
