Powell Center proposals are due each year on January 31st. Working Group meetings for successful proposals can begin after October 1st. Proposals should be concise (fewer than 4000 words, excluding the cover sheet, references, figures, tables, data management plan, and curricula vitae), yet must include enough information to allow accurate evaluation.
