Crop type shapefile of central California in 2020 derived from a satellite embedding product

This data release includes a shapefile of crop type parcels located in the Central Valley of California for the year 2020. These crop types were generated using Google Satellite Embeddings product as the sole input imagery and trained using labeled crop type data with a random forest classifier. There is a total of 9 different crop type classes.
