Genomic data from reduced representation DNA sequencing libraries of Atlanticoncha ochracea (tidewater mucket) across U.S. and Canadian locations

This dataset contains sample information and SNP genotype data generated from ddRAD libraries for the freshwater mussel Atlanticoncha ochracea, collected across its range from Georgia, USA to Nova Scotia, Canada. These data were used to examine patterns of genomic diversity, and population structure. Raw sequence data are archived externally and processed SNP datasets are provided here.
