Detailed Description
Percent of households lacking complete indoor plumbing in California in 2022 and 2023. Between 2022 and 2023, an increase of 1.1% of households in Placer County and a decrease of 0.9% in San Benito County were recorded by the U.S. Census Bureau. The U.S. Census Bureau defines the lack of plumbing facilities as a household that does not have complete plumbing facilities, which are typically defined as hot and cold running water, a flush toilet, and a bathtub or shower.
