This Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) establishes and defines a collaborative working relationship between the USGS, the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (FWS) and The Wildlife Society (TWS) to develop and exchange science-based biological information for natural resource managers and to ensure preparedness, professionalism, and continuing education of wildlife biologists.
