A fine day for sampling
Mitch Weaver water-quality sampling at Adams County Observation Well AD 146. The well was consructed in 1967, is 99.5 feet deep, and lies in the Gettysburg Shale Aquifer. AD 146 is new to the Groundwater Quality Monitoring Network (GWMN) but is long established as part of the Observation Well network where water-levels are continuously monitored. Water-levels (depth below land surface) for AD 146 begin in 1989.
