An archeological site near Barker Dam parking area
Detailed Description
These large granitic boulders are along the Wall Street Mill access trail that starts near the Barker Dam trailhead parking area in Joshua Tree National Park. Mortar holes in the granite in this area show that American Indians used this area in prehistoric times.
