Detailed Description

An arch no more... Wall Arch was once the 12th largest in size ranking in Arches National Park. It was 71 feet tall and 33.5 feet wide and was one of the most accessible arches in the park, located along the Devil's Garden trail. The arch collapsed under its own weight sometime between the night of Monday, August 4th and the morning of Tuesday, August 5, 2008. No one witnessed the collapse.
