Ducklings in their nest at Suisun Marsh

Recently hatched ducklings move around their nest in an upland area in Suisun Marsh, California. Some of the ducklings have VHF transmitters attached to their backs, which ecologists at the USGS Western Ecological Research Center will use to track their movements.
