Eye-tracking software yields new insights of BANDIT's usability

Detailed Description

Several banders completed in-person interviews at the University of Baltimore's usability testing lab in May 2018. Tobii software was used to track their gaze as they navigated through different tasks in BANDIT. Blue dots show where the bander was looking, with larger dots indicating a longer time fixated on that point. Graduate student researchers recommended revising the BANDIT reference materials to allow banders to more easily navigate to information they need without being overwhelmed by the amount of reference material provided.
