Detailed Description

Lincoln Parrett, of the Alaska Cooperative Fish and Wildlife Unit, restrains a female caribou as her calf looks on. Data collected will be used to assess productivity, survival and distribution of Teshekpuk caribou in the National Petroleum Reserve Alaska.  This project is in cooperation with the Alaska Department of Fish & Game, North Slope Borough and the Bureau of Land Management.
