Detailed Description

USGS hydrologic technician Cameron Ensor makes a discharge measurement using an Acoustic Doppler Current Profiler tethered from a boat on Swatara Creek near Hershey, Pennsylvania. Water levels were around 1.96 feet prior to the onset of flooding. This event's peak was 17.08 feet, which was the second highest peak since record began in 1976.
