Detailed Description

This map of the Global OMI ozone for May 18, 2021 displays erroneously high values (red pixels) in the Southern latitudes between 30 degrees South to 50 degrees South. The total column ozone data products provided by AURA OMI have been shown to exhibit erroneously high values between May 18, 2021 through August 10, 2021. This impacted Surface Reflectance processing of 64 Landsat 7 ETM+ scenes. Visit Landsat Collection 2 Known Issues for more details about this issue.
