Golden Spike - a view from the East Grade Auto Tour route

This view is looking east from the East Grade Auto Tour route across the wetlands at the northeast end of the Great Salt Lake Valley (Bear River Bay). The Wasatch Mountains are in the distance. Much of the lowland marshes and lakes are part of the Bear River Migratory Bird Refuge.
