Detailed Description
Location 12: Both overwash and dune erosion can be seen on Dog Island. The lower portion of the image shows numerous overwash deposits and two buildings have been destroyed. In the upper portion of the image the seaward most dune line has been completely eroded and the secondary dune line has moved landward. The probabilities of dune erosion and overwash were 100% and 99%, respectively.
