Detailed Description

Land Based Geophysics - Compilation of gamma and EM logs, and a TDEM sounding at the Shinnecock Nation, Suffolk County, NY. The gamma and EM logs indicate a sandy aquifer with freshwater to the bottom of the well (a depth of 100 feet below land surface). A subsequent TDEM survey at that location revealed the freshwater-saltwater interface was located 120 feet below land surface.
