Luis A Garcia Gets more than a Discharge Measurement

Luis Garcia, Hydrologic Technician with the USGS, Central Midwest Water Science Center, Urbana, Illinois, was making a Qm (Discharge measured in cubic feet per second) measurement on the Humphrey Creek at LaCenter, Kentucky, when this gar swam right between his legs.  As it invaded his space he just reached down and grabbed it.
