Map of the study area from the United States-Canada border to the Bering Strait, Alaska. Simulations were carried out in stationary mode for 2,500 sea states over eight two-dimensional (2D) curvilinear and one 2D rectangular domains for a total of nine domains. The offshore extent was roughly defined by the 20-meter isobath. Domain lengths varied, depending on local shoreline curvature.
