Mashpee Wampanoag Tribe’s Preserving Our Homelands Summer Camp Field Trip

The Woods Hole Coastal and Marine Science Center annually hosts children and culture keepers from the Mashpee Wampanoag Tribe’s Preserving Our Homelands summer camp for a field trip focused on introducing the students to Cape Cod geology and hydrology through an informational talk and guided exploration of distinctive glacial landforms in the Beebe Woods conservation area in Falmouth, Massachusetts.
