Remote sensing soil moisture pod

A remote sensing soil moisture pod.  Three remote pods are located around USGS Observation Well DE 723.  Each pod contains a Cambell Scientific CR1000X data logger which communicates with 3 pits of 5 CS655 Soil Moisture probes as well as a Campbell Scientific SoilVUE10 soil moisture profile TDR sensor.  The data received from these sensors is then communicated through Campbell Scientific RF451 radios to the DE723 Well House where a Sierra Wireless SV50 cellular modem transmits data to USGS databases and web platforms.
