Secretary of the Interior Ken Salazar announces $280 million investment in the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service during a press conference at the Montana State Capitol in Helena. The secretary was joined by U.S. Senator Jon Tester (standing) and seated are left to right Montana Governor Brian Schweitzer, with his dog Jag at his feet, and FWS Regional Manager, Steve Guertin.
