The latest version of the Lidar Base Specification contains some important updates. 

Revisions for LBS 2022 rev. A

1. References to waveform collection and delivery were removed from Collection Requirements, Data Processing and Handling, and Deliverables.
2. A clarification was made in Data Processing and Handling: Point Classification that classification codes shall not be used in lieu of the overlap bit flag to identify overlap points. 
3. A change was made in Data Processing and Handling: Units of Reference to add a preference for consistent units in all three dimensions.
4. A new section was added to Deliverables requiring delivery of survey point data in a GeoPackage.
