Data used to assess precipitation, temperature, groundwater-level elevation, streamflow, and potential flood storage trends within the Brazos, Colorado, Big Cypress, Guadalupe, Neches, Sulphur, and Trinity River Basins in Texas through 2017 Data used to assess precipitation, temperature, groundwater-level elevation, streamflow, and potential flood storage trends within the Brazos, Colorado, Big Cypress, Guadalupe, Neches, Sulphur, and Trinity River Basins in Texas through 2017

This dataset provides compiled and computed data from 1900 through 2017 associated with streamflow statistics used to perform regional analyses for the Brazos, Colorado, Big Cypress, Guadalupe, Neches, Sulphur, and Trinity River Basins. These seven river basins are mostly within Texas, but parts of some of the basins extend into New Mexico and Louisiana. Because changes in precipitation

Pesticide Toxicity Index (PTI) and maximum Toxic Unit (TUmax) scores and information for fish, cladocerans, and benthic invertebrates from water samples collected at National Water Quality Network sites during Water Years 2013-2017 Pesticide Toxicity Index (PTI) and maximum Toxic Unit (TUmax) scores and information for fish, cladocerans, and benthic invertebrates from water samples collected at National Water Quality Network sites during Water Years 2013-2017

During 2013-2017, the U.S. Geological Survey, National Water-Quality Assessment (NAWQA) Project, collected water samples year-round from the National Water Quality Network - Rivers and Streams (NWQN) and reported on 221 pesticides at 72 sites across the US in agricultural, developed, and mixed land use watersheds. Pesticide Toxicity Index (PTI) scores, a screening-level tool that uses an...

Data from 1950-2012 are taken from LaMotte (2015) and 2017 data are retrieved from the USDA QuickStats online tool. Data which are withheld in the Census of Agriculture are filled with estimates...

Geochronologic data from xenoliths near the Stillwater Complex, Montana Geochronologic data from xenoliths near the Stillwater Complex, Montana

The Archean Stillwater Complex, a layered ultramafic-to-mafic intrusion, is exposed along the northern side of the Beartooth Mountains in Montana. To the north of the Stillwater outcrops, a gravity anomaly is located where Phanerozoic rocks may unconformably overlie the complex. These Phanerozoic rocks are intruded by Cretaceous plutons that have gabbroid inclusions that look like...

Failed Brown Treesnake bait cartridges from an aerially application in Guam, 2018 Failed Brown Treesnake bait cartridges from an aerially application in Guam, 2018

The dataset contains 6 columns of data collected during line transect surveys (Line) that evaluated bait cartridge efficacy for Brown Treesnake control on Guam. Two-person teams recorded all bait cartridges observed while walking the center line of transects in the Habitat Management Unit (HMU). Perpendicular distance (DIST (m)) to cartridges from center line was measured to the nearest...

Tops file for the Niobrara interval of the Upper Cretaceous Cody Shale and associated strata in the Bighorn Basin, Wyoming Tops file for the Niobrara interval of the Upper Cretaceous Cody Shale and associated strata in the Bighorn Basin, Wyoming

The Bighorn Basin is a large Laramide structural and sedimentary basin that encompasses about 10,400 square miles in north-central Wyoming and south-central Montana (fig. 1). The basin is bounded on the northeast by the Pryor uplift, on the east by the Bighorn uplift and on the south by the Owl Creek uplift. The northern margin is formed by a zone of faulting and folding referred to as...
