Chemical and Stable Isotope Data for Discrete Water Samples Collected in the Northern Sacramento-San Joaquin Delta, 2011-2012 Chemical and Stable Isotope Data for Discrete Water Samples Collected in the Northern Sacramento-San Joaquin Delta, 2011-2012

This data set consists of chemical and stable isotope data obtained through the analysis of discrete water samples collected from 14 fixed sampling locations in the northern Sacramento-San Joaquin Delta at roughly monthly intervals between April 2011 and November 2012.

Isotopic Analysis of Clear Lake Hitch collected from Clear Lake, Lake County, California, 2017 Isotopic Analysis of Clear Lake Hitch collected from Clear Lake, Lake County, California, 2017

This dataset includes data from isotopic analysis of eye and muscle tissue from fish collected in Clear Lake, Lake County, California during June and July 2017. This data release includes all biological measurements and fish taxa included in the analysis.

Pesticides in pollinator tissue collected from margins near agricultural fields in Conservation Areas of Missouri Pesticides in pollinator tissue collected from margins near agricultural fields in Conservation Areas of Missouri

Wild bee and butterfly samples were collected from the margins of agricultural fields located on five Conservation Areas in Missouri. In 2016 and 2017, samples were collected and composited by genera for a total of 90 samples. Samples were extracted via pressurized liquid extraction and solid phase extraction cleanup. Samples were analyzed for 168 pesticides and degradates using both gas...

Pine Creek freshwater mussel qualitative survey data 1995 through 2009 Pine Creek freshwater mussel qualitative survey data 1995 through 2009

Data are included for field surveys conducted for freshwater mussels within the Pine Creek watershed in the Mid-Atlantic region of the United States. Timed search (qualitative) surveys were conducted in ~200 meter sections of river between 1995 and 2009; The number of mussels of each species and associated search time were recorded for each survey section to determine a catch per unit...

Inventory of landslides triggered by the 2020 Puerto Rico earthquake sequence Inventory of landslides triggered by the 2020 Puerto Rico earthquake sequence

Here we present an inventory of remotely and field-observed landslides triggered by 2019-2020 Puerto Rico earthquake sequence. The inventory was mapped using pre- and post-event satellite imagery (PR_landslide_inventory_imagery.csv), an extensive collection of field observations (https://doi.org/10.5066/P96QNFMB) and using pre-earthquake lidar as guidance for mapping polygons with more...

Acetylene Consumption and Dechlorination by a Groundwater Microbial Enrichment Culture Acetylene Consumption and Dechlorination by a Groundwater Microbial Enrichment Culture

This study aimed to (1) enrich microbial acetylenotrophs from trichloroethylene (TCE) contaminated groundwater and (2) evaluate whether these enrichments could degrade TCE coupled to acetylene degradation. Acetylenotrophs are microorganisms that use acetylene as their carbon and energy source. TCE contaminated groundwater was collected from wells at the Naval Air Warfare Center (NAWC) in...
