Map showing lava flows in the southwest part of the Phoenicis Lacus Quadrangle of Mars Map showing lava flows in the southwest part of the Phoenicis Lacus Quadrangle of Mars

The Systematic mapping of lava flow units in the Tharsis region has been compiled into a series of 16 maps at 1:2,000,000 scale. This work provides information on the sources and areal extent of the lava flows, on their eruptive sequences and relative ages, and on relations between the flows and geologic structure in the largest, most active tectonic and volcanic province on Mars. Some...

Nutrient and Sediment Concentrations, Loads, and Yields in the Upper Macoupin Creek Watershed, Water Years 2018–2021 Nutrient and Sediment Concentrations, Loads, and Yields in the Upper Macoupin Creek Watershed, Water Years 2018–2021

This data release includes estimates of annual and daily concentrations and fluxes for nitrate plus nitrite, total phosphorus, and suspended sediment for two sites in the Upper Macoupin Creek Basin watershed (UMCB) produced using the Weighted Regressions on Time, Discharge, and Season -- Kalman Filter (WRTDS-K; Zhang and Hirsch, 2019) model in the Exploration of and Graphics for RivEr...

Injury and abnormality data for southwestern pond turtles (Actinemys pallida) from 3 sites along the Mojave River, California from separate surveys in 1998-1999 and 2017-2019 Injury and abnormality data for southwestern pond turtles (Actinemys pallida) from 3 sites along the Mojave River, California from separate surveys in 1998-1999 and 2017-2019

These data were compiled to assess the size, structure, and health of various populations of Actinemys pallida along the length of the Mojave River. Objective(s) of our study were to determine the extent of injuries and abnormalities within our Actinemys pallida populations (including statistical analyses comparing injuries with turtle sex and size) and estimate the cause(s) of the...

Data from 2022 Mark-Recapture Analysis on Water and Endangered Fish in the Klamath River Basin: Do Upper Klamath Surface Elevation and Water Quality Affect Adult Lost River and Shortnose Sucker survival? Data from 2022 Mark-Recapture Analysis on Water and Endangered Fish in the Klamath River Basin: Do Upper Klamath Surface Elevation and Water Quality Affect Adult Lost River and Shortnose Sucker survival?

The data provided were used in a mark-recapture analysis conducted in 2022. Environmental covariates included water quality and Upper Klamath Lake surface elevation. Raw data were downloaded from the USGS Oregon Water Science Center for multiple sampling sites (422622122004000_MDNL_2021-1-14.csv, 422622122004003_MDNU_2021-1-14.csv, 422042121513100_RPT_2021-1-14.csv, 422719121571400_WMR...
