Software release: ModelArchiver and FgdcMetaEditor

ModelArchiver is a program for creating groundwater model archives that meet USGS policy requirements. FgdcMetaEditor is a program for editing metadata for geographic information in the form specified the by Federal Geographic Data Committee. This software release contains compiled versions of both programs along with source code and example data.
