Soil-Water-Balance Code version 2.4.1

The SWB model estimates daily net infiltration and other water‑budget components using gridded soils, land‑use, and climate data. SWB 2.0 adds new process options, multiple canopy‑interception methods, a crop‑water‑demand approach, and more flexible input/output grids without needing resampling. Version 2.4 includes numerous bug fixes, updates to testing, updates to the build scripts, and convenience upgrades, documented in the git commit messages.
