Christine Eustis

Christine is the Deputy for the Office of Communications and Publishing that supports all of the U.S. Geological Survey’s programs, regions and centers in sharing the agency’s science through digital and media communications, Congressional relations, internal communications and the science information services. She is also the Acting Chief of the Science Publishing Network.

Christine has more than 26 years of science communication experience including as the Deputy Assistant Director for External Affairs and the Chief of Congressional Affairs with the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, a program analyst with the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, and a fellow with the Senate Environment and Public Works Committee.

Education and Certifications

  • Christine has a bachelor’s degree in English literature and a master’s degree in Public Policy and Administration.
