Dylan is a geologist with the GMEG Science Center in Moffett Field, CA. He received a B.A. degree in Geology (Geosciences) from Humboldt State University, CA in 2020. Since joining the USGS in 2021, Dylan has devoted his career to geologic map digitization and compilation through the use of geographic information systems (GIS).

Dylan started his career in 2021 as a National Association of Geoscience Teachers (NAGT) Intern in Moffett Field, CA with the USGS Geology Minerals Energy and Geophysics Science Center. He is primarily focused on geologic map compilation in the Lower Colorado River region of the southwestern United States.
