Gary F Burke

Gary Burke is the Chief for the Lubbock Data Section.

Gary Burke began his career with the U.S. Geological Survey in 2004 as student trainee of hydrology in the Texas Water Science Center, in Wichita Falls, TX. Gary worked full time as a student, running a surface water field trip while going to college. In 2008, Gary became a biologist for the Texas Water Science Center and performed field collection and publication reviews on several projects within the state of Texas. From 2010 to 2018 Gary served in the Wichita Falls field office as a hydrologic technician and focused on surface water streamflow data in some of the most rugged areas of the state.

In 2018, Gary became the Chief of the Lubbock Data section within the North-Texas Branch of the Oklahoma-Texas Water Science Center.
