Hannah Kruse

Geologist with the USGS-USAID Volcano Disaster Assistance Program (VDAP). My work focuses on volcanic eruption chronologies both past and present.

I am a Geologist with the USGS-USAID Volcano Disaster Assistance Program (VDAP), which provides international assistance in volcanic crises. My main role is to gather and interpret pre-eruptive and intra-eruptive event data from past volcanic eruptions. I use this information to populate the Echron eruptive chronology database to be used for eruption forecasting.
