Jeanne Bruins
Jeanne Bruins is a Management Analyst and Collateral Duty Safety Program Coordinator (CDSPC) with the USGS National Cooperative Geologic Mapping Program (NCGMP) in Reston, VA.
Jeanne started her career with USGS in 2011 as an Executive Assistant with the Natural Hazards Mission Area in Reston, VA, and transferred to the NCGMP in 2016 as a Program Assistant. Prior to joining the USGS, Jeanne worked at the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), U.S. Department of Commerce. Currently, Jeanne is a Management Analyst with the NCGMP and is responsible for the Program's administration, logistics and safety.
When Jeanne is not working, she enjoys cooking, playing board games and attending the theatre with her close-knit family. She also loves cuddling with her pibble and her two cats, and enjoys maintaining a sniffspot for reactive dogs to safely run and play off leash.
