Kylie L Campbell

I began my USGS career in 2019 in Grand Junction, CO. For the first two and a half years my duties were primarily focused on surface water stream gaging, and then I moved to the water quality team where I continue to run a water quality sampling trip and maintain continuous water quality sondes. When I was growing up back east the Colorado River always held a place of mystical prestige in my imagination, and I am so proud to come to work everyday and collect data that informs management of this important system. Prior to joining the survey, I enjoyed a season as a hydrologic technician with the Bighorn National Forest and worked as a research assistant in water quality labs during my time as a student at Virginia Tech.
