Mark Hannon is a Computer Scientist at the Fort Collins Science Center working on Project Management, and Application/Web Development.
Mark Hannon is working with Partners and Agencies on the DOI Bison Metapopulation strategy to foster the resiliency of Bison in North America. Other partner projects with BLM and States include SDARTT (Surface Disturbance and Reclamation Tracking) to facilitate the leasing of public lands and tracking of both disturbances and reclamation. Additional projects include: GOOSE, partnered with USGS, to allow for gathering of Goose harvest data; CWD, National Partners, to gather and display chronic wasting disease throughout the country; Minelands, DOI and state partners, bringing together geospatial and hazard/risks associated with mines on the landscape.
