Mark Beaver has been a Supervisory Hydrologic Technician with the USGS in Pennsylvania since 2006 and currently serves as Chief of the New Cumberland Surface Water / Groundwater Networks Unit.
Mark started with the PAWSC in New Cumberland (formerly Lemoyne) in 1993 as a hydrologic technician sampling groundwater for the NAWQA Program. In 1995, Mark transferred to the Hydrologic Surveillance Program and served as a hydrologic technician running multi-disciplinary field trips and computing hydrologic records through 2006 when he took the position of Chief of the same program.
