Michelle Shouse

Biography

Michelle started working at the USGS in 1997. After studying San Francisco Bay ecology for many

years, in 2008 she moved to the Pacific Regional Office to coordinate science in the San Francisco Bay-Delta

region. She makes sure that USGS science is available to inform resource-management decisions across the

region, and she also supports work with regional partners. After work, she enjoys practicing and teaching

yoga, as well as spending time outdoors.
