Intro
I began my career with the NYWSC in 1989 working with on data entry systems. This work expanded to support for the New York Water Science Center’s Soil and Low Ionic Strength Laboratory and the laboratory information system. Maintaining instrument performance, sample analysis, and work as assigned to keep the Low Ionic Strength Laboratory running consistently was my focus. Presently I’ve transferred those skills to compiling and maintaining water use data, an essential component of the USGS Water Use Program and contributes to national estimates of water use.
