Paul H Rydlund, Jr.
Paul Rydlund is the Section Chief, Surface Water & Modeling, for the USGS, Central Midwest Water Science Center, located in Rolla, Missouri.
In addition, Paul serves as the Federal Liaison Officer for FEMA Mission Assignments and works within the Water Hazards Program and Hydrologic Networks Branch serving in advisory and technical roles among USGS national programs. He has a background specializing in hydrology, hydraulics, and geodetic surveying and has authored many publications in these disciplines.
