As Chief of the Office of Diversity and Equal Opportunity (ODEO), Regina provides guidance, training, and other assistance on Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and diversity related matters to managers, supervisors and employees, managing the discrimination complaints programs and coordinating hearings and appeals with the DOI, Office of Civil Rights (OCR), EEOC, and the Office of the Solicitor.
Career History and Highlights
Regina most recently served as an EEO Specialist with the Department of the Navy. Prior to that, she was the Assistant Director (EEO Manager) for the Office of Civil Rights and Diversity within the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE), Environmental Management Consolidated Business Center since September 2009. Regina brings 17 years of federal EEO and diversity experience to the USGS, having managed the DOE’s Diversity and Inclusion, EEO Affirmative Employment, Employee Concerns, and EEO Complaints Processing Programs.
Regina earned her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Concentration Management from Saint Paul’s College.
