Saud Amer
Dr. Amer is a Remote Sensing and Water Resources Specialist with the Office of International Programs.
Dr. Amer has 30 years of international experience in remote sensing applications for water resources, data information systems, and translation of engineering designed systems into science requirements through science scenario development. Since 2008, his focus has been on implementing integrated water resources projects in Africa, the Middle East, and Latin America, using remotely sensed and related data.
