CERC’s eDNA Crew Blog

The Environmental DNA Section in the Biochemistry and Physiology Branch at the Columbia Environmental Research Center uses environmental DNA (eDNA) to detect invasive and rare native species to help inform fish and wildlife management decisions. Our group also studies how eDNA behaves in the environment, improving our understanding of how well eDNA tools work in the field.
