ISRO Resourcesat Data Dictionary
The Data Dictionaries are a set of information describing the contents, format, and structure of elements for EarthExplorer products.
- Field Definition: The acquisition date refers to the year, month, and day the scene was acquired.
Format:
YYYY/MM/DD
YYYY = Year
MM = Month
DD = Day
- Field Definition: The latitude and longitude are provided in decimal degrees for the following fields:

Scene Center Latitude and Longitude
Northeast (NE) Corner Latitude and Longitude
Northwest (NW) Corner Latitude and Longitude
Southeast (SE) Corner Latitude and Longitude
Southwest (SW) Corner Latitude and Longitude
Latitude Format Decimal Degrees: -90.000 through 90.000
Longitude Format Decimal Degrees: -180.000 through 180.000
Number of decimal places will vary by dataset – check collection in EE.

Values:
UTM = Universal Transverse Mercator
LCC = Lambert Conformal Conic
- Field Definition: The satellite path number is part of the IRS referencing scheme which is unique for each satellite mission and identifies the geographic location of data on the earth using path and row.
- Field Definition: All scenes in the USGS EROS inventory are initially processed to Level-1G (L1G) which includes radiometric and geometric corrections. Scenes with sufficient ground control data for terrain correction are also processed to Level-1T (L1T).
Values:
ALL = Returns all available scenes in the USGS EROS inventory
Level 1G Available = Returns all scenes processed to L1G
Level 1T Available = Returns all scenes processed to L1T
- Field Definition: The resampling method applied to the scene.
