August 24, 2026
This data release contains eight luminescence samples collected for USGS Science Investigations Map, "Quaternary geologic map of the Mesquite Springs fault zone, San Bernardino County, California", of the Mesquite Hills (north of Ludlow CA about halfway between I-15 and I-40). The samples were analyzed by infrared stimulated luminescence (IRSL) and produced ages between ~33 ka and ~200 ka.
