Stream Characteristics and Species Data for Foothill Yellow-legged Frogs in Southern San Benito and Western Fresno Counties, California, 2019-2021

These data contain information on stream characteristics (intermittency and temperature), vegetation (canopy and algal cover), amphibian, reptile, and fish observations, and pathogen (amphibian chytrid fungus, Batrachochytrium dendrobatidis) prevalence, all of which are relevant for the suitability of streams in Pinnacles National Park for the reintroduction of foothill yellow-legged frogs (Rana boylii).
