  • FLTCIP is insurance that provides for services that help with activities of daily living or severe cognitive impairment
  • You must apply and be approved before you can enroll
  • Qualified family members are parents, parents-in-law, stepparents of living eligible employees, adult children (at least 18 years old), and domestic partners
  • Premiums are based on age and benefits options you select
  • You pay the full cost of the premium, the government does not pay a share
