Federal Long Term Care (LTC) Insurance Program
LTC is insurance that provides for services that help with activities of daily living or severe cognitive impairment
You must apply and be approved before you can enroll
Qualified family members are parents, parents-in-law, stepparents of living eligible employees, adult children (at least 18 years old), and domestic partners
Premiums are based on age and benefits options you select
You pay the full cost of the premium, the government does not pay a share
