Biological data associated with skin and liver neoplasm monitoring at the Sheboygan River and Lower Green Bay/Fox River Areas of Concern, Wisconsin, 2021

Datset includes necropsy-based observations including length, weight, sex, visible abnormalities; cellular or histopathological changes including neoplastic and preneoplastic skin and liver lesions; age; transcript abundance of hepatic genes associated with contaminant exposure, carcinogenesis, stress and immune responses and the white sucker hepatitis B virus. These were documented in 200 adult white sucker (Catostomus commersonii) collected in the Lower Green Bay/Fox River Area of Concern and 200 from the Sheboygan River Area of Concern, both on Lake Michigan.
